    Unknown maker---maybe Chiltern or Character?
    12" tall
    Unknown material.  It doesn't seem like mohair--maybe rayon or silk plush?
    Jointed.  One arm apparently came off or came loose and someone tried to sew it on.  It will be a project for the new owner.
