All items we sell are considered New / Surplus New unless noted above.
We define New as if it came straight from the manufacturer. Surplus New is considered same as New but also has been sitting on the shelf for a while and may have gotten dusty on the box or the part has become an older series. All item(s) are guaranteed to be in working order..
Payment

We accept payment from PayPal accounts only. No other form of payment is accepted. If payment is not received within 5 days from date of sale the transaction will be cancelled. All buyers must follow eBay check out process to insure a smooth transaction.
Shipping
:
We ship UPS Ground and ship within 3 business days from date of payment. WE ONLY SHIP DOMESTICALLY. We ask that you contact us for any other methods of shipping before purchase of item. The items being shipped are automatically covered up to 100 dollars. After that you can pay for insurance based on UPS rates.
Combined shipping is something we will try to do.
Returns and Refunds
:
We will accept item(s) for return and refund only if the item is DOA, not as advertised or we have shipped the item in error. You must make arrangements to return the item and ship within 2 weeks of the time you receive the item. We will take action necessary in order to rectify any problem you may have.
Please do not return item(s) without contacting us first.
Freight Damage
:
If the item(s) you received appear to have been damaged during shipment and the package it was shipped in is damaged you must keep the shipping package, packing material and the contents of the package for inspection by UPS. Contact us and we will make arrangements for UPS to come for an inspection. Once UPS has inspected the package and agrees to cover damage then a refund will be given to cover the damaged item(s). This is the way UPS does business and failure to do this will result in no refund for damages caused by UPS.
